who sees patients in a primary care practice 2 days a week. His notes are read by the other primary care docs there if it is their patient and if it is a patient outside of their practice, the note gets sent to the outside PCP. They all certainly do read what he had to say, as they are the ones who referred their patient to the cardiologist
