Yes, it is 10,000 lines per pay period, but that is because the lines are reduced to units. IF Amphion paid for headings, subheadings, spaces, and paid for a 65 character line, our line count would far, far exceed 10,000, but Amphion reduces it to that to pay the 9 cpl. You don't really think they would pay us 9 cpl for more than 20,000 lines do you?
Also, that 10,000 lines is sure to increase when you switch to Express platform.
