Auditor dinged me for "typing bowel bag" when the dictator clearly said "bowl bag"
I know he said bowl bag, but the new resident, clearly doesn't know how to pronounce it. I have never heard a bowl bag dictated in an OP report, but bowel bag I have heard thousands of times. I even researched extensively just to see if he might be right. I could not document the term bowl bag anywhere. I challenged it, but have yet to hear back. My PC is usually pretty good at responding so I don't know why I never got a reply to that one. There is clearly more to auditing than what you "hear."
