I'm 55 and only part-time with no benefits whatsoever and I now have 2 PMs - lph and quality. I was on the daily 100% list many times a week and lately only occasionally.

No followup from previous HDSM regarding the 1st PM and then got 2nd just before she left.

Their critical errors are a joke. The reports need to be correct, but 99.9% of the time, punctuation in a report is not a life threatening error! They need to audit whether or not we have the correct medication names and dosages, instrument names, medical illnesses/diseases/symptoms/sequelae, etc.
