My pod supervisor person has been sending out weekly productivity stats, including how many audits and scores from them. I found I get audited about twice a week. I did have one with a critical error a few weeks back, but when I listened to it, I had definitely made a mistake. What I have wondered is as an experienced MT with over 40 years experience, I seem to get a lot of hard dictators, though there are a lot easier ones I have gotten before. I wonder if we are given sometimes harder ones because they know we can handle them.
