I agree with you on the audit explanation, so maybe you can help me figure out my latest SMART summary. 3 months of audits. I am PT so they only did 8 of my jobs each of those months. First month I supposedly had 2 minor errors out of those 8 jobs, yet they gave me a 99.5 score. How can 7 perfect reports and 1 with 2 minor errors make a 99.5 score? Same exact thing for the 2nd month; 2 minor errors out of the 8 reports. Again, they said 99.5 score for the month. The 3rd month I was 100% for the month. So, for the entire 3 months, they somehow came up with a 99.6 total score. Huh? That, of course, is failing in their eyes. I simply can't figure out their math. Do you understand it? Appreciate your help.
