Nuance says they listened to MTs ask to be able to send less garbage dictators to QA. That is BS. Going down to 5% QA will help dock pay and get rid of QA people as well as encourage MTs to guess instead of blank a report for QA.
So much for patient safety. So I get pay docked for too much to QA or gamble on guessing the blank and not getting report audited. I'll take the gamble and not send blanks to get docked on over 5% QA and hope I am not audited.
Nuance is NASTY.
