So at least you have that, that it's voluntary. Yeah, probably those doing the FIESA attacks don't have a lot to do on weekends where nobody is working (due to I presume it being ambulatory or the agreement your previous owner had with Nuance) and probably jumped at the chance.
Good for you for keeping the weekends off at least.
