What's up with that? I swear some people just like to be arbitrary.
To the OP, I too don't know about "other rate 4"
I seem to recall someone telling me 3way back that "other rate 2" was what you got paid for straight typing. Don't know about you, but once in a blue moon will I get a straight typing job. And other rate 4 is for radiology, which I do not do.
