Congratulations and good luck to you!!!! Wish I was right behind you. (I may be as I've been put on my 2nd PM).
I think I can guess who those initials belong to...one of the most condescending, uncooperative, uncaring persons I've had to work under ever! I think kindergarteners are treated better!
