Thought I was at the highest Tier at 3. Generally have a variety of reports but probably 60% op and procedure notes. I think it is odd to be getting all op's all the time unless there are very few Tier 3's on OP's team. I assume it's because the rest of it goes to lower tiers automatically. Just curious... anyone know what Tier 2 does? Tier 1 is ER and progress notes I believe. Does Tier 2 do procedure notes or echocardiogram reports?
