I had an ER doc who was slurring really bad for a few nights in a row. Then, a few days later found out by another doc covering for him that he had a brain tumor and was going to be away for a time recovering. Well, he did make it back and was able to speak much better after his ordeal. So, you don't really know for sure sometimes...
