First, thank you for your response! I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
I clicked on Options at top and selected "System-wide hot keys" on drop-down menu. That led me to an "Incoming" tab, which is where settings are set for incoming recordings. I don't see a box to enable or disable system-wide hot keys... Can you help?
