If Enterprise is a test platform and credentialed are allowed to send through to client no matter how many blanks, then phase 2 will probably be allowing more and more people and platforms to do the same. Needless to say, I think --- and this is only my opinion, they are trying to save some bucks and cut out the QA or at least reduce the force. Whatever happens we know it will be an "exciting" change.
