There is no problem querying, but you don't want to wear out your welcome. The queries need to be meaningful and necessary, not petty and annoying.
You also have to know your business and bring brains to the table. It's inappropriate to query if you are doing so because you don't have the background necessary to understand what the doctor wrote or because
