This has happened to me numerous times while I have worked there. What I think they do is getting you up to speed on an account then ship it to India. I suspect this because the first time it happened, I was the main person for an account and after a week I started getting emails to please come back. It happened again to another big account and within a month or so, we were begged to come back on so I suspect companies were not happy with the work being put out. Hang in there and keep emailing. Lot of changes with supervisors too.
