I work for them. They are a great company. You are a true IC and that's what I like. They are very laid back and QA isn't strict like a lot of companies. They pay about the same as most and a little more than a few. Not going to find anywhere that pays much more then they pay. I get paid hourly as a QA. They are on the lower side for that also but it's worth it to me to have the freedom and independence like a true IC.
They have many accounts so just because one has an account with short reports doesn't mean that is how it is for everyone. I made a good amount doing VR at .04 a line. I'd say give it a try and find out for yourself. :-)
