Didn't file a Remedy ticket as I didn't want IT calling me. I already spent 30 minutes of downtime while IT tried fix what turns out to be known issue. I filled out and sent off the "tell us the error" box eaxch time, but, based on my 30-minute experience, those report files appear to go nowhere useful.
