Unemployment - Molly

That is correct. There are exceptions. Thirty years ago I worked for an attorney. We went from 4 girls to 3, to 2 and then me alone for two years without a raise. I was on salary but had to come home at night make supper for my twins and then usually take one back with me to work and I would work 3-4 more hours. Fortunately I kept track of all the hours I worked and they were aware I did as I had it in a drawer in my desk (which he chose to go through.) One day I had had enough and quit on the spot. I went to collect and fortunately he did not oppose me collecting and I had the summer home with my twins.

Had he objected I would have appealed and 90% of appeals are won by the person trying to collect.
