I'm a Californian, too, and I did it online today. And I did not have to do anything else because my TL called and said they were laying people off because of too few accounts because of too many people going to EPIC and so I just said, "thank you," and poked around on the Internet until I found the way to apply. I want to thank you all for your support. I am angry--not at my company (it is not their fault) but at the whole stupid EPIC system that takes jobs away.
