I just did my taxes and to my surprise I - Not happy

discovered on my W2, yes W2, that my employer did not withhold federal taxes from my checks. This company pays so poorly, that they are not allowed to advertise on this board, and for that low pay, they do not withhold federal taxes, only social security and medicare. I am filing an SS-8 with the IRS. Beware of companies advertising statutory status.
