Statutory Employee vs IC - anon

In terms of taxes, a statutory employee and IC differ in only one respect ... the employer of the statutory employee will pay a percentage of the SS and Medicare taxes, while the IC pays the full amount of both. However, in both cases you are responsible for withholding your federal taxes.
