If you work in a field where you OWN your own business (as you do if you are an IC or statutory employee), you best know how that works first. It is not for a company to lay these things out to you when they choose to contract with you for your businesses services. It's really not that complicated. If you don't want to own a business and operate that way, find a job in which you are an employee.
