Yet, they still nitpick us to death! I could see it if we had work but we have NO WORK!!! My timeclock doesn't reflect my time in fluency. When I am not in fluency working then I am supposed to clock out, but yet I am still required to keep checking for work!! Shouldn't I be clocked in for that. I am actively in front of my computer waiting so I SHOULD be clocked in for that, in my opinion. I don't acrue PTO as I am part time, but I know, I know, I might be umemployment if I do that. This place makes me SICk!!! Oh, and be sure and make your TIME up EVEN though there is NO WORK and I am taking someone else's work when I change my shift or use the makeup board or whatever it is called. No wonder I don't have work because when I go in the swap board to see what the times are then they are MY WORKING TIMES which is why I don't have work!!!!
