Because he was the one who sent out the email to hold on work was coming. Now that it is not and MTs are angry he doesn't want to get angry emails. Boohoo.
By the way, I tried the going up the chain thing and all it got me was a insubordination written warning. Yet another reason to hurry up and finish school.
If Noel wants us to really hang on then he needs to pay more than 6 minutes of downtime a day and quit denying unemployment and TAA.
