LOL. Challenge her to find you a shift which will provide you with a full shift of work. LOL. So clueless. When pod's output ability surpasses amount of work, shuffling MTs will make no difference. Gee, new accounts that were supposed to be coming on March and April still not on? (Rhetorical question)
