Being a retiree, I'm interested in working from home doing medical transcription again (having stopped working as an MT/editor 6 months ago), but my problem is I don't understand how to download voice files to do the work in Word from home. I mean, literally, I'm like a new baby with this and need step-by-step instructions. I've gathered information here and there, watched various tutorials on YouTube, but still don't understand the concept of what I'm doing. I've always worked in hospitals or large companies that simply require clicking on software links where everything is provided, or there was an IT person or supervisor to help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
