They email me encrypted voice files which I download and import into Express Dictate. They gave me the password when I first started. After decrypting, the file is exported to my desktop and from there I move it to my Express Scribe. I felt very overwhelmed with this transition but it was really quite easy. Your new employer will probably have a procedure and dictation portion program in place, and you will probably just have to get Express Scribe or any compatible program of your choice.
