for a private office. They dictate and then send to a program I have called Express Dictate. From there I decrypt the voice files and through a few steps send to Express Scribe. Hopefully the office you will be transcibing for will have what you need to get started as far as the Express Dictate program. I did not choose that program but did choose the Express Scribe.
