Still seeking the "perfect" PT job - Dreamer

Are there any companies out there that hire PT and are somewhat flexible. Do they let you do your job without constantly being hassled about where you are, what you are doing etc. I work hard. I show up and do a good job. I do what needs to be done. Is it possible to find a company that works with that??
