Oh, I apologize. I did not mean that as condescending or anything like that. MTs are the hardest working people I know but what I am getting sick of is MTSO treating us like we are not. They feel a need to "babysit", "monitor" and harass you as an IC. I am sure there are a few exceptions to the rule so maybe they have ruined it for the rest of us. I guess what I was asking as if there are any companies who just let us do what we do, in peace, if possible. I will be there when I am supposed to, you do not have call me, text me or email me 100 times, I will be there. I promise!
