I get paid production - Just Me

At my MTSO we don't have dedicated QA but senior MTs who meet the accuracy and production criteria are asked to join the QA pool by their team lead. We do a portion of QA each shift in addition to straight typing. We are paid approx 1/3 of the MT line rate for QA and we have to fully QA each file, not just check the blanks.
