Thanks for the replies. I am currently a QA and my company is looking to change to production pay at 10 cpl. Not sure how I feel about that. As for the battle between MT and QA...as a QA I am held to 99% accuracy and believe you me it is very stressful. I have tons of work and I rarely have time for a dinner break. I have to fill out a form for feedback so it is cut and dry. I'm sure the people that get my feedback think I am a "B" but it is just the way the form has to be filled out. I am not a mean person and I don't "bash" the MTs, but I am kinda tired of the QA bashing, we are all just trying to do our jobs and not get into trouble with the higher ups. So anyway - I was wondering if I went someplace else what the pay scale was out there.
