math when it comes to screwing us out of money - it's really simple - unlike the convoluted math you use to determine our OT (which is NOT time and a half - according to you - we already worked our "time", so all we get paid is the half? What kind of BS is that - do you honestly think we're that stupid? We have to work our "time"anyway as part of our regular hours. So in actuality, all we get paid is "half"time.
