1) They don't follow the workflow to see when they need people.
2) So they get in a crunch and heck fire, everybody get on.
3) Now the actual people hours scheduled for that account (say 16) suddenly jumped to 32, so they cannot figure out how many people they really need.
4) All those OOW people left for the day. OOPs, now they have work coming in and 0 people hours to cover it.
Gee, wonder why they cannot get their staffing straight.
The other reason is the stupidity of not getting any IT help when you cannot work.
