Now that N pays for the time you are OOW and the fact that you have to keep trying until you are out a complete 15 minutes. I will be paid for almost a whole half an hour and I am sure there are others on this team who will get the OOW pay as well. I imagine someone will not be happy about paying OOW and granting extra PTO due to poor management on somebody's part.
For me, the OOW is actually not bad as my line rate for this week will be .08 because of QA.
