Having been an ex-N employee myself (in fact a TSM), I can tell you that the salaries of the higher ups indeed boggles the mind. $100000/yr would be considered poverty level for a lot of them. I saw some who had salaries of $400000+/year and that didn't even include bonuses! Rest assured, they put the TSMs under tremendous stress which unfortunately trickles down to the MLS. You've probably seen a lot of TSMs "disappear" suddenly. That's because they terminate them in an instant with no warning.
