Save your $25 MTs. That's currently a couple of hours of work for some of you. Your return on it would more than likely be ZERO footing as opposed to even footing.
MTSOs have other options and they wouldnt hesitate to exercise them.
You're better off if you feel you are misclassified, contacting the DOL on your own and letting them decide. That's free and you get to keep your job.
