So I already see the negative Nellies coming in with their 1 penny worth. This is exactly why we never move on and forward. Speak for yourself, I want that crap pay and on and on. Are you kidding? It is time for ALL MTs to push forward for rights that other employees have in employed offices. We have to have college education but not pay for our services? And SOME MTs will sell themselves short for "that job". If we accept the wage that some of you are at now what do you think the future holds for pay down the road? Pretty soon you will all be working for free which is where it is headed if you bury your heads. SMH
