The fact is, we have a significant popuulation of atrocious dictators who are allowed to dictate to the VR system but whose reports then require enormous amounts of revision.
These people ought not to be allowed to dictate to VR in the first place because the system simply cannot handle the rot that they speak. We, then, are brought in AT HALF LINE RATES to "edit" their crap at a huge cost to ourselves.
The AOIMT can establish a standard by which edited reports become billable at straight transcription rates due to the amount of revision that is involved.
We can set up committees to address these various issues.
