I am barely away from the top pay for MT3 and they don't antagonize and nitpick to get people to quit because they are higher paid. I have also refused every time they offer to move into QA. Not going there and making less money. I came close to quitting this week over some issues with the TSA we just got assigned to us, and my HDSM asked me to please not quit. If you are doing your job, meeting all their qualifications, they don't want you going anywhere no matter what they are paying you.
