no, this is the games they play when I refuse to take PTO or excused absence and I sit and wait 18 hours a day for work to roll through logged into Fluency. They BUG OUT about it, but I told I have no other option. They can plainly see on the production counter that I am not working, yet they insist I am "working off the clock" ... how am i working if its been NJA for 2 hours. But they refuse to answer and smack me with corrective action. Corrective action is equivalent of Insubordinate action.
