Performance action is issues with performance. Corrective action is issues with insubordination. Corrective, means punishment of behavoir, like how you correct your child acting up, or you correct your dog for barking.

Its been 4 years since Ive had a critical error - and that was DOS off by 1 day (critical? right) - and all my random audits are 100%. Im not getting written up for performance issues. Its insubordination issues.
