Fed up - exhaustedmt

NJA off and on all morning. Told I MUST put in a swap request to swap board to make up the time (all on my days off) and when I do, it is DENIED. Try all afternoon to get time czar or manager to email me back.....,nothing. Beyond frustrating. Why do they have to make it sooooo hard to try to make a meager living with this company? I am literally ready to scream!
