One of the lucky few who gets good accounts. Our pod puts out metrics every week. I noticed the average lph runs in the near-200 range, but there is 1 person with an lph of 400. So, most people are earning minimum to slightly over minimum wage. In my state, 200 lph is still minimum wage. I really wonder about the 400 lph person and would love to shadow them to see if it they are getting the good work, or see what it is they do to get such a high count - other than the pat answers of glue yourself to your seat, speed up the dictation.
