I do 400 lph. In my old pod there were 3 of us 350-450, and I actually did 350 then. In this new POD I don't know how many, but I was the only one of us 3 that moved to the new POD. I have a decent account but am in a POD with all new backups, and with NJA I am not in my account all the time anymore. I have actually raised my lph to 400 since all this NJA, because I waste no time when I have work. I work as efficiently as I can while I have work, and get all my distracted time in while waiting for work. Talking to the HDSM the other day, she said 1/3 of her employees are on PM, so since we are all in the same group of work, I don't think it is fair to say that someone who can do 400 is only able to do that because they only get good work. That being said, I think if 1/3 of employees are on PM there is something seriously wrong with this company. Of course, we all knew that already.
