I have a huge problem with how hard they make it for employees to make up time., i.e., the swap board for instance. And I also have a problem with why we are getting NJA so often, when before, it was never a problem and as a matter of fact, we were on mandatory overtime for weeks and weeks and weeks. The swap board, to me, is a total waste of time and hard for me to understand. Why does it have to be SO HARD for everything in this company? Why don't the managers email back in a timely manner? I am so stressed right now. All I want to do is work, get paid and have some sort of a life. NJA is not my fault, yet I feel like I have to practically do an act of congress to make up the time. Sooooooo frustrated!
