I have heard of power conditions applied outside the house - that help in your situation

I have no idea how much they cost or what they actually do, but it sounds like this is going to be problem no matter who you work for....so I guess you may need to look at either trying to resolve the issue or find another way to earn a living. I'm sorry for your circumstances.
