PSI did not pay prevailing wage or any benefits as required by VA contracts. DOL was checking their compliance with the SCA (NOT compliant) and also incorrect classification (NOT IC's, agreed we were employees last fall). Sounds like the IRS is going to be involved too. There are considerable back wages at stake.
