My accounts pay $2 to $3/hour less than the wage I would get if they paid according to my location. I heard they did it this way because it was easier (as you said, the complexity involved...), but I always wondered if they just took the option that would benefit them. Yet it sounds like if I question this, they might do what PSI is doing and let go of the higher cost employees.
